At Alven London we aim for your full satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase please read the following:
1. Eligibility:
You may return products within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.
2. How to Return:
Email support@alvenlondon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide next steps and return address.
3. Refund Process:
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the decision and process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or personalised are not eligible for refund unless defective.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
